Quick answers

The test window did not open fullscreen

The extension opens the test in a fullscreen Chrome window; on some systems (especially macOS with multiple displays) it may open as a regular window instead. Click anywhere in the test to trigger fullscreen, or press the green "Begin test" button again.

How do I exit the test?

Press Q to quit, or Esc to bring up the help overlay and click Exit. If the window is fullscreen, you can also use your system shortcut (F11 on Windows/Linux, Ctrl+Cmd+F on macOS).

Colors do not change when I click

If the help overlay is open, dismiss it first with "Begin test" — clicks on the overlay do not advance colors. Once the overlay is closed, every click or right-arrow press steps to the next color.

I found a defect — now what?

If the dot is colored (stuck pixel), run the free fix tool for 10–20 minutes — it revives many stuck pixels. If the dot is dark on every color (dead pixel), software cannot fix it, but the warranty guide covers whether your panel qualifies for replacement.
